The chapter also covers the changes that aircraft brought to rural Australia and biographies of some of the identities that paved the way. The Historical Society of the Northern Territory acknowledges the Larrakia people, the Traditional Owners and Custodians of the land on which History House stands, and acknowledges their continuing connection to land, sea, and community. We pay our respects to their Elders past, present and emerging.
