LAMB, John 2019
On being told that there was a lonely Japanese grave on South Goulburn Island,
John put his research and detective skills to use to find out more about the occupant of the grave. Amazingly, John was able to discover
his name, the reason why he lived and died in the region and even tracked his family back in Japan.
The Historical Society of the Northern Territory acknowledges the Larrakia people, the Traditional Owners and Custodians of the land on which History House stands, and acknowledges their continuing connection to land, sea, and community. We pay our respects to their Elders past, present and emerging.
